This page describes how personal data is handled on this website. It is a working draft for the site owner to review. It is not a substitute for individual legal advice.
Who operates this website
The website is operated by Ivan Roštár, a photographer based in Slovakia.

What data may be processed
If you write by email or use the contact form, the message can include your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
An individual enquiry about a photo book can also include the book you are interested in, the delivery country and the correspondence needed to confirm availability and payment.
The website does not run an automated checkout and does not ask for a card number.
Comments on the pages are closed, so the site does not collect comment data.
Why the data is used
The data is used to reply to you, to confirm whether a book is available, to arrange payment by bank transfer and to agree delivery or collection.
The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before an individual order, and the legitimate interest in answering messages sent to the site. Where a message leads to a confirmed order, the basis is performance of that agreement.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or the order, and for the period required by accounting rules if a payment is made. [DOPLNIŤ KONKRÉTNU DOBU, AK JE ROZHODNUTÁ]
Who can receive the data
The correspondence is read by the site operator. It may also be processed by the email provider and by the company that hosts this website: [DOPLNIŤ HOSTING].
No advertising or analytics service was found on this website, so this draft does not list Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or a similar tool.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for a correction, for deletion, for a limit on processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
